This machine is to mix and plasticize the plastics ( such as TPR, EVA, color master batch, rubber etc..) in the airtight, pressure, heating conditions (temperature and pressure are all controllable).It is a small machine with the virtues of small volume, low consumption, high precision controlling of temperature, pressure controllable and easy handling of loading and discharging materials, etc., which is suitable for sampling and improving formulas in plastics. It is also feasible for small production, which can avoid wasting resources by using big power machineries for sampling or for small production. The machine is suitable for testing and production in all professional granule factories. 

Applicable

Kneading Machine primarily for standard plastic, IIR, pencils, paints, mosquito coils, carbon graphite, oil, the viscosity of various gum and CMC, pharmaceutical industries. Mix slurry and material contact parts are made of stainless steel and is corrosion resistant, rust and can ensure that the chemical properties of materials. Supporting sites using HBR Bearings, channeling axles and other features.

Working Principles:   

    The machine is used to knead, mix, crush, disperse and re-polymerize high viscosity paste or elastoplastic. Materials, which can not be processed by the general powder mixers and liquid blenders.

    It is the ideal equipment for all kinds of chemical products and has the merits of stirring evenly, kneading efficiently and no dead corner. The materials are scraped, stretched, folded and squeezed among the blade, slot wall, and ridge-like protrusions.

    The materials cycle from one end of the impeller to the other. The two mixing paddles are tangent and spin at different speeds to complete the kneading process. Tilt the chamber to discharge the materials.
