 LP-200 type push type un-scrambler base on advanced technology, accroding to our country filling facility high speed direction devlopment requirement, during high level bottle sorting facility.

Main part appreance cylinder type, cylinder bottom install adjust support, can adjust machine height and level. Inside rotary cylinder outside, cylinder inside set inside, outside cylidner each one. Inside cylinder outside install falling bottle tank, inside install the same quantity with bottle falling tank same quantity promote and demote fracture. Outside cylidner install corrspond bottle separate tank. Machine middle have fasten not move umbreallar tower. When elevator according to setting on umbreallar tower bottle inspection device set off bottle lack signal start, bottle via machine top middle fall down to umbrellar tower and slide down to tower edge into promote and deomote fracture. Promote and demote fracture on cam function, let bottle fall down to bottle dropping tank. At bottle exit set thumble gear, let bottle conveyor to air conveyor, thumble bottle wheel gear via in phase teeth belt with motor main shaft connection.

Main character
Machine outside cylinder, rotary cylinder and part that contact part adopt to stainless steel AISI304. Machine frame adopt to good quality carbonated steel welding to make.

Cylinder body top set two move cap, convenient to maintain and clean.

Cylinder body middle set bottle falling tank exchange mouth, convenient to dismantle bottle falling tank and cleaning jam.

Cylinder body bottom set maintain mouth, convenient to let worker enter into machine bottom.

Un-scrambler exit bottle thumble gear set bottle block testor, can efficiency protect machine safe.

Un-scrambler middle umbrella tower install bottle testing machine, used for control bottle elevator start.  

Outside cylidner set combine lubricate point, each required lubricate gear wheel, bearing, cam lubricate oil glib all combine with combine lubricate, can convenient to do oil on wheel gear, bearing and cam to do lubricate.

Main motor frequency convertor speed adjust, can convenient to set production capacity, and can according air conveyor bottle conditionn can change speed and start.

Gas system set pressure switch and close valve, compressor air not connection, machine cannot start. Close valve and machine start combine, save gas cunsumpition.
