1. Machine specification

   first working position      
Container supply department manually put barrels, automatic chain transport, fixed position to send barrels, a group of 4 barrels.                  
Weighing and filling position 4: the head is loaded and filled at the same time. In order to ensure the filling accuracy, filling can be done at fast and slow speed.
Material contact department is 304 material, using tetrafluoride material sealing pad, the liquid into the pump mode (liquid pump

Third working position the Third working position automatically covers the upper part
Manually place the lid in a centralized way into the lid compartment (20-30 caps can be stacked at one time, which can expand the external storage cover).

Send the filled drum to the cover hanging station, hang the outer cover to the mouth of the drum, and send it to the next cover pressing station;

      Fifth working position    The outer cover of the automatic lidding and screwing cover is uniformly sent out in a certain direction by the centrifugal force generated by the vibration plate, and slides to the cover taking station through the slide path.
Remove the cover driven by the cylinder and send the outer cover to the head of the screw cap. The conveyor will send the filled bucket to the screw cap station, and position it through the positioning device and wait for the screw cap.
Remove the cover and reset the cover after the screw cap goes down for the first time. Press the outer cover to the barrel mouth after the screw cap goes down for the second time. The screw cap motor turns the screw cap and reset after delay.
