Second part:B group production flow chart and requirement.
  1. Mixed grinding
According to the raw materials in the formula, prepare P4, chain extender, oil soluble color paste, ultraviolet absorbent, antioxidant, etc. into the dispersion cylinder, and stir with the high-speed dispersion machine in the paint workshop. After mixing well, use a sander to grind the mixture to a fineness less than 15μm.

2. P4 pumping
Start the vacuum pump to vacuum, weigh the mixed polyether P4 through the electronic pound, and send the resin to the reaction kettle B through the vacuum of negative pressure.

3. Heat up and stir
Start the vacuum pump to vacuum. Make the vacuum in the reactor to be above -0.95MPa, start the program on the man-machine interface, and automatically control the temperature, time and stirring according to the program when the vacuum degree reaches the process requirements (temperature rise to 105ºC-110ºC, heating and holding vacuum stirring for 120 minutes).

4. Cool Down
Open the water inlet valve of the condenser of kettle B, cool oil circulates, and the oil pump sends the cold oil to the jacket of kettle B to replace the hot oil in the jacket, until the temperature required for discharging material is below 70ºC.

5. Add catalyst
Stir in the catalyst for 30 minutes and let cool to room temperature.

6, viscosity, total hydroxyl value detection
The operator takes samples from the sampling port for inspection, and tests the viscosity and total hydroxyl value.

7. Feed
After qualified, place the packing drum on the packing scale, replace the air in the packing drum with nitrogen, manually open the discharge valve at the bottom of reaction kettle B and discharge the material. When the weight in the packing drum reaches the rated weight, close the discharge valve, the weighing error is less than 1%, and seal the nitrogen during packaging.

8. Viscosity and NCO detection
The operator takes samples from the sampling port for inspection.

9. Cool Down
After the NCO test is qualified, open the inlet valve of the condenser of reactor A to cool the oil. The oil pump will send the cold oil to the jacket of reactor A to replace the hot oil in the jacket until the temperature required for discharge packaging is reached.

10. Feed
Place the packing bucket on the packing scale, replace the air in the packing bucket with nitrogen, and manually open the discharge bottom valve of the reaction kettle A. Close the discharge valve, the weighing error is less than 1%, and seal the nitrogen when packing.

11. Packaging
Check whether the product is consistent with the package, paste the certificate of qualification in the designated location,

12. Storage
Place finished products neatly in finished products area.

Overview of reactor

Purpose and characteristics of the reactor

The reactor has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and strong production capacity.

Ii. Structural points of the reactor

The reaction pot is composed of pot body, pot cover, stirrer, heating jacket, supporting and driving device, shaft sealing device, etc.

The pot body and the pot cover are connected by sealing flange, the lower part of the pot body has feeding hole, the pot has a stirrer, the pot cover open feeding, stirring observation, temperature and pressure measurement, steam extraction fractionation, safety vent and other process tube holes.

On the heating jacket of the reaction kettle, there are pipe holes for temperature measurement of oil and exhaust (steam), vent steam valve, electric bar and so on.

Description of the main structure of the reactor

The reactor is mainly composed of the inner tank, jacket, agitator and supporting seat (the thermal insulation structure can be adopted according to the technological requirements).

1. The inner tank is made of stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321) as required by the process. The inner surface is treated with mirror polishing.

2. The jacket shall be made of stainless steel (SUS304) or carbon steel (Q235-B) as required by the process.

3. Suitable diameter to height ratio design, customized mixing device as required;The stirring shaft seal adopts the pressure-resistant sanitary mechanical sealing device to maintain the working pressure in the tank and prevent the material leakage in the tank from causing unnecessary pollution and material loss.

4. The supporting type shall adopt the hanging ear type or the landing leg type according to the operation requirements.
