Product principle:

Weighing filling machine takes advantage of the high measuring accuracy of electronic scale to connect the electronic weight signal sensor with the data line of weighing control instrument. During the measuring process, the pressure signal of electronic scale is continuously transmitted to the control instrument. When the preset quantitative weight is reached, the control instrument controls the pump to stop and the pneumatic valve to close.The weighing, filling machine adopts pipes and tanks connected using the filling pressure type, and due to its high precision weighing system equipment accurately weighing, each line link adopts fast loading method, fast and convenient to remove the cleaning, parts with leakage part contacting materials adopts stainless steel material manufacturing, safety, environmental protection, health, beauty, can adapt to different work environment, filling food, medicine, daily chemical class of edible oil, salad oil, butter, cream, paint, lubricating oil, engine oil, pesticide, liquid fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, salt fertilization, thinner or other materials.
