1. Decapper

Big barrel filling machine main via machine frame, conveyor chain, 1PCS decap cylinder, back force block bottle cylinder, photocell test, switch combine. Approach switch test empty barrel, block bottle cylinder promote, then decapping cylinder upwards, at bottle body two blocking board mutual function, let cap decapper. At same time, blow cap electrical magnetism working, let cap blow outside. Black bottle drop, conveyor belt let empty barrel conveyor to decapper, into next working process.

2, Auto barrel outside washing machine

Big barrel filling machine install at bottle load conveyor chain, main via machine frame, 1PCS of bottle pushing cylinder, back and force block cylinder, brush barrel drive motor, brush barrel water pump, photocell test swtich ect combine. Via bottle washing filling PLC (programmable controller) controlling, this machine is origin water washing, at special bottle brush help, can fully remove bottle neck and bottle body pollute. This machine working process is photocell testing switch continue test to 2bottle, block bottle cylinder move, then after bottle pushing cylinder move, install at cylinder top wheel block bottle body, at same time jet water pipe start jet water, motor drive bottle type brush drive, to do bottle body and bottle neck to washg, after cleaning some time, cylinder draw, jet water pipe stop jet water, bottle entry chain drive, let bottle conveyor to bottle load machine.

Adopt to full new rotary full location brush technology. For 5gallon bottle and brush contact move to reach washing rotary, realize full locate brush (after brush, to do clear water washing).

Continuely bottle entry and exit bottle, can on-line collocate on line operation. Four group can rotary brush, pole type brush can separate brush, and then center brush together, finish brush outside brush, truely more outside brush washing effect.

3. Auto barrel load device (auto barrel load transit part)

Auto load bottle part via stainless steel frame, bottle pushing pole, bottle load fracture combine, move procedure via washing bottle filling machine PLC controlling. Empty bottle via bottle washing conveyor chain load to load bottle, via bottle pushing pole, load bottle fracture finish load bottle. 

Auto barrel elevator rotary three-step load bottles, it is our company design, special fracture. Barrel load inverse board, stainless steel board. For laser cutting, then fold, high strength, barrel inverse steadily. Via barrel draw cylindet let barrel put to barrel load, then inverse cylidner via vertical turn to honerizal direction, again via bottle pushing cylinder let barrel conveyor to brush washing and barrel support base, barrel load precision, then after reduce bottle abrasion. Load barrel board use laser cutting, avoid operate process move weld.
