      1. Inside washing is cylinder upgrade and insert form. spraying equality. Washing with pressure ,it has good working effects. Outside washing  with service position water pressure  is more than 0.6kg/cm2
      2. Washing barrel chain adopts high quality standard SUS304. It is easy to install , high speed  and long nature life.
      3. Transport drive adopts air-move ratchet wheel structure. Cylinder move go and back. It goes calm.
      4. The shape of the box bottom is V shape. it is convenient to drain and washing .Every water tank has feeding liquid tip with two layers sieve net .lye  water tank with electrical-heating machine(18KW X 2),water tank with two layers , in the middle of it . with asbestos heating-proof panel . it is sure the heating temperature up to 80ºC. And with low liquid position alarm and temperature control equipments . it can be adjust direct  and show the temperature of heating water tank.

  1. QGF-2000 filling and capping machine



1)filling  technics and structure is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts large fluent filling and fix quantify filling . filling valve is SUS fine casting process,  it has airproof ring to avoid attrition of the metal .it is control by cylinder , and it is stabilization . in the filling process, barrel after washing transport  to covey barrel screw. The covey barrel screw apart the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel lead the barrel to filling system.  When the filling cylinder meet journey switch,  cylinder moves down to open filling valve.  Filling valve start to fill. After filling , cylinder meet with journey switch again and move up. Filling valve close. The barrel after filling export by star-wheel. And transport to capping machine by chains.
        Filling parts has 18 filling valves to satisfy the speed of the machine . at the same time , liquid position  is nicety because of controlling by journey switch.

      8.  Cap washer install disinfection liquid and water washing, good for push cylinder.
