RO SYSTEM
 
RO process makes use of the spiral semi permeable membrane to remove soluble solids, organic matter, colloidal matter and bacteria in raw water. Raw water is sent to RO membrane that only the pure water can pass under a certain pressure. Then collect pure water. The impurities in raw water are concentrated and drained. RO membranes can remove more than 96% soluble solids, 99% organic matter and colloidal matter and almost 100% bacteria.

Pre-treatment System
 
Mainly including raw water pump, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, resin filter, antiscale tank, high & low pressure protection switch, raw water pressure meter.

 1).Multi-media filter

The multi-media filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc, ensuring the filtered water's TDS is less than 5. This process will reduce the load on the back-end fine filters.
Diffuser
There is diffuser, installed in the filter. Their main function is to make the compressed air and the water distribute evenly during backwash and water distribution.

2) Active carbon filter

The active carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids, residual chlorine and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The system is a pressure filter. In the filter, the quartz and Coconut shell activecarbon bed are employed. The activated carbon is equipped with vent valving at the highest point and adrain connection at the lowest point. The internal systems and components for each tank is constructed of frp material.

3) Security filter ( Cartridge Filters)

The security filter is most commonly used for treat water. The whole system adopts one set of stainless filter. There are 5 pieces of polypropylene in every 5μ Filter cartridges, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO membrane. This process of filtration benefits to the filter cartridge and prolongs its lifetime in the system.
This apparatus contains filtration component and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy and etc. This apparatus is fitted with air drain valve and bottom air drain valve and side drain valve.

4) Reverse Osmosis Modules( RO)


RO system is key part for the water treatment system, which is widely used to make the pure water and drinking water. RO membrane removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute such as iron, Virus, bacteria and solids is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.

5) Piping, Valves & Fittings

The pipe, valves and fittings (including tubing) ball valves, butterfly valves, piping used to the system is SS304. Reverse Osmosis Modules is equipped with sample valve for the convenience to check the product water.

6) Control devices

The whole automatic production line is achieved through the converter and PLC programmer and data collector such as the liquid lever sensor, flow sensor and etc. The whole production line is monitored by remote computer. When the water level of the product water tank is high, the system will stop automatically. When the water level of the product water tank is low, the system will run automatically.

Activated carbonate filter

Active filter is mainly used to remove organic material, Chromaticity and over chlorine in water treatment system. Filled with different performance active carbon, it can arrive at different processing intent. When it is used as pretreatment system for ion exchange, it can assure useful life for ion exchange resins, improve water quality, and prevent from polluting for resin.

Sodium iron exchanger

Sodium iron exchanger is used for reduce the rigidity of the water, the raw water is softening by exchanger from the top down.

The water is contain Magnesium, calcium, positive ion and sodium of water exchanger, they are exchanged each other. Raw water is softening to the water contained minute Magnesium, calcium and salt. It can be used for water supply for boilers and some industrial water. The sodium has large solubility in water, so it will not be hard scale inner of boilers, it can be cleaned out easily. The water through sodium exchanger need to be dealt with clarification filtration, there is not suspended material basically.
