Bottle washing

Filling

Filling machine adopt to German technology, can meet with hot filling all required filling, best exten deduce material return quantity (return quantity can control between 5-10% range), then guarantee product favor to supply hard guarantee.

Adopt to gravity filling method, filling valve adopt to AISI316L making, valve have return fracture, valve can reliable sealing, won't have drop phnomena. Set have fully consider material easy bubble character, adopt to material stick bottle flow filling, can reduce produce foam.

Filling system and capping system middle connection move steadily, bottle material no spray phenomena, after sealing, bottle mouth and material can keep above level inside.

Filling system have temperature controlling function. Can do material warehouse material temperature to do inspection and display, have low temperature, high temperature auto stop machine, alarm and material auto retun function. High, low temperature can according to actual local setting.

Filling valve via valve demote and promite fracture during cam to do promote and demote, filling valve contact bottle mouth, then open to finish filling process.

Filling machine set CIP cleaning system, can let filling valve and material contact inside, outside all all can to do efficiency cleaning.

Rotary plate all adopt to stainless steel AISI304 to making. Filling machine drive via frame inside drive system via gear wheel tranission.
