The NPACK automatic piston filling machine is manufactured with a 304 SS frame and is capable of supporting 1 to 20 fill nozzles. PLC Controls, touch screen, food grade contact parts, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, plus many more features come standard.

Applications
From thin liquid to viscosity liquid

• Diving Nozzles: The nozzles will dive into the bottom of the bottles
• Filling when nozzles rising: The nozzles will fill the bottles when the nozzles rising.
• Three steps filling: Different filling volume can be set individually for  lower part, middle part and upper part.

 "L" type connection design, it adapts stainless steel 304SS or 316, it can ensure better liquidity.
