1. Automatic de-capper

Automatic decapper machinery specially work with barreled water producing line, which are for 5 gallon barreled drinking water.

2. Automatic barrel inner & outer brushing machine

St series automatic barrel inner & outer brushing machine specially work with 5 gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing

3. Automatic barrel loader

The automatic barreled loading system reduce the secondary pollution caused from manual operation, conveying the barrel into the mainframe washing. High automation degree save the workers and increase the working efficiency.

It is used for filling the pure water, mineral water in pet bottle or PE barrel. We can supply the whole production line.

The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of Siemens and omron. Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of airtac. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.

5. Light check

The light check box adopts stainless steel protection outer garment with well lighted. It conforms to the hygiene standard of the country and be able to easily check the impurities, defect and granule inner and outer of the barrel.



6. Cap shrink tunnel

The temperature of thermal shrinking machine is adjustable continuously, which adapts different types of thermal shrinking film and various speeds. It adopts high temperature material with good tempers of heat-protecting and low-energy consuming.
