The temperature sensor is inclined towards a material outflow direction at a straight pipe, an angle between the temperature sensor and a material flow direction is 30-45 degrees, and the temperature sensor, the top of an elbow head and the material flow direction are in parallel at an angle of 180 degrees at an elbow pipe. The resistance of the temperature senor to the fruit and vegetable pulps and the fruit grains can be greatly reduced, the fruit and vegetable fibrous fragments hardly are wound onto the temperature sensor as well and can be easily cleaned during the cip cleaning process, the improvement is least in investment but best in effect.
